We strive to provide high-quality video editing services and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, our refund policy outlines the conditions and processes for requesting a refund. 

Refund Eligibility

  1. Missed Deadlines: If the final edited video is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and no prior notification of the delay was provided.
  2. Plagiarism: If any scene in the delivered video is found to be a direct copy (1:1) from another source, violating copyright laws. 
  3. Damaged Video Files: If the delivered video is corrupted and cannot be played. This will be verified on our end; if the video is playable on our side, we will continue to assist you in resolving the issue. 
  4. Non-Compliance with Agreed Requirements: If the final output does not meet the specific requirements or specifications that were clearly established before the project started.
  5. Quality Standards: If the quality of the final video significantly does not match the standards that were agreed upon or expected. 

Non-Refundable Conditions

  1. Approval of Final Version: Once you approve the final version of the product, no refunds will be issued, as this indicates your acceptance of the delivered work. 
  2. Re-upload by Third Parties: If the video has been re-uploaded by third parties, you will forfeit the right to a refund. For more details, see our policy on third-party usage.
  3. Third-Party Copyright Materials: If the materials selected for the video contain third-party copyrights, refunds will not be issued if those materials lead to any copyright issues. For more information, please refer to our Copyright Policy.
  4. Platform Removal: If the video is removed from the platform where it was originally posted, we will not issue a refund. 
  5. Lack of Response or Communication from the Customer: If the refund request stems from a lack of response or communication from you, which prevents us from proceeding with or completing the editing process, a refund will not be issued.

Contact us via Email, Live Chat, or Contact Form to request a refund. 

Provide the following information:

  1. Your full name (or the name used to place the order)
  2. Order number (Will be assigned)
  3. Detailed description of the issue
  4. Relevant documentation or evidence (e.g., screenshots, video proof) 
  5. Your preferred resolution (e.g., partial refund, full refund)

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 Hours. 

  2. Your request will be reviewed, and we will respond with our findings and proposed resolution within 3 business days. 

  3. If additional information is required, we will contact you to gather the necessary details.

If your request is approved, a partial or full refund will be processed based on the extent of the completed work and the original agreement. 

Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-30 business days.

You will receive a confirmation of the refund once it has been processed.
