- Missed Deadlines: If the final edited video is not delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe and no prior notification of the delay was provided.
- Plagiarism: If any scene in the delivered video is found to be a direct copy (1:1) from another source, violating copyright laws.
- Damaged Video Files: If the delivered video is corrupted and cannot be played. This will be verified on our end; if the video is playable on our side, we will continue to assist you in resolving the issue.
- Non-Compliance with Agreed Requirements: If the final output does not meet the specific requirements or specifications that were clearly established before the project started.
- Quality Standards: If the quality of the final video significantly does not match the standards that were agreed upon or expected.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Approval of Final Version: Once you approve the final version of the product, no refunds will be issued, as this indicates your acceptance of the delivered work.
- Re-upload by Third Parties: If the video has been re-uploaded by third parties, you will forfeit the right to a refund. For more details, see our policy on third-party usage.
- Third-Party Copyright Materials: If the materials selected for the video contain third-party copyrights, refunds will not be issued if those materials lead to any copyright issues. For more information, please refer to our Copyright Policy.
- Platform Removal: If the video is removed from the platform where it was originally posted, we will not issue a refund.
- Lack of Response or Communication from the Customer: If the refund request stems from a lack of response or communication from you, which prevents us from proceeding with or completing the editing process, a refund will not be issued.
