By entering into a collaboration with RONIN Industries, you agree to the following terms regarding the transfer, use, and editing of video content:
Transfer of Rights: By agreeing to this contract, you irrevocably transfer all copyright of the video content to RONIN Industries. This transfer includes the rights to modify, edit, distribute, and utilize the content for any purpose, including commercial use.
Content Utilization: RRONIN Industries is granted the right to use, further edit, and distribute the content as required for the purposes specified in the collaboration agreement. This includes any form of media and distribution channels.
Editing and Instructions
The video will be edited according to your instructions or as mutually agreed upon. If any issues arise on the part of RONIN Industries, such as a damaged video file or incorrect format, a remedy will be provided within 24 hours of identifying the problem (typically sooner, depending on our team's workload).
Feedback and Adjustments: If you have any requests or concerns during the editing process, please reach out to us directly via Discord or Gmail to communicate the desired changes.
Privacy and Content Sensitivity: If the video features individuals not originally agreed upon or involves privacy concerns, faces will be blurred upon explicit request. All individuals appearing in the video must provide their consent. RONIN Industries reserves the right to refuse to work with content that is deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to child pornography, radical propaganda, or hate speech.
Termination of Collaboration: The collaboration may be terminated if either party breaches the contract or if there are issues related to project funding. Upon termination, all rights granted to RONIN Industries will remain in effect for any content already produced.
Dispute Resolution:In case of any discrepancies or issues, please contact us through one of the following channels: Twitter (@IndustriesRonin), Gmail (roninindustrieshelp@gmail.com), All disputes will be resolved through mutual negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, parties may seek mediation or legal recourse.
Policy Changes: RONIN Industries reserves the right to update or modify this Copyright Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically to stay informed about any changes. Lack of awareness of updated policies does not excuse non-compliance.
